Donald Trump just struck more trade deals.
The United States announced trade deals with Argentina, Guatemala, El Salvador, and Ecuador.
Another historic day for President Trump’s America First trade agenda with FOUR new trade deals announced today:
Argentina 🇦🇷
Guatemala 🇬🇹
El Salvador 🇸🇻
Ecuador 🇪🇨All of whom have agreed to drop trade barriers against US exports – a win for our workers and industries. 🇺🇸

The Trump administration on Thursday said import taxes on coffee and bananas will be lowered as part of trade deals with four Latin American countries.
The agreements with Argentina, Guatemala, El Salvador and Ecuador come as US President Donald Trump faces scrutiny over his handling of the economy and concerns about affordability.
As part of an initial framework, a reciprocal tariff of 10% will stay on goods from Guatemala, Argentina and El Salvador, as will a 15% rax on imports from Ecuador into the US. But the deals will exempt products that cannot be produced in the US “in sufficient quantities,” such as coffee.
The US-Argentina deal also addresses beef producers’ access to foreign markets.
Donald Trump has been developing a close relationship with Argentina and El Salvador.
Argentina and El Salvador’s leaders have developed close ties with U.S. President Donald Trump: Argentinian President Javier Milei has remained a vocal supporter of his U.S. counterpart, even appearing at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) and being the beneficiary of a roughly $40 billion bailout in October; and El Salvador’s President Nayib Bukele has worked closely with the Trump administration on its deportation operations, taking in a significant number of deported migrants from the United States.
Art of the deal!
